AHF Products
Connecting design decisions with delivery across 15+ brands.
I lead priorities, hands-on design, and coordinated delivery across AHF’s brand websites. The work connects customer-facing improvements with the content, product data, and development decisions behind them—and gives teams a shared way to move from a request to a verified release.
AHF PRODUCTS · WEB EXPERIENCE
Distinct brands.
A shared foundation.
Set the standard.
Navigation, page design, and reusable components.
Connect the work.
Clear requirements, partner coordination, QA, and release confirmation.
The visible change is only part of the work.
A new collection depends on content, imagery, accurate specifications, and navigation. A warranty update can affect several brands and resource libraries. I map those connections, set priorities, and bring the relevant partners together before work moves into development.
One checkout change. Four sample stores.
For the sample-checkout consent update, translated approved requirements into checkbox states, dependencies, and order-placement rules. Coordinated implementation and verified the change across Armstrong Residential, Armstrong Commercial, Crossville, and Heatcraft.
DESIGN IN DETAIL
What had to work together.
Define the rules
Age confirmation and privacy acknowledgment were required; marketing consent stayed optional. All boxes started unchecked.
Connect the dependencies
Other consent controls remained disabled until age confirmation; order placement also depended on the existing credit-card validation.
Verify the release
Tested the required and optional states across four stores and confirmed the implemented behavior with the team.
Make the work ready to move.
I established a more structured intake and review process, bringing scattered requests into a clearer queue. Clarified priorities, affected pages, approved assets, and dependencies before writing development tickets, giving partners a shared understanding of what needed to happen.
DELIVERY IN NUMBERS
More work completed. Shorter turnaround.
119%
more requests completed per month
38%
shorter median turnaround
Team delivery results.
About the numbers
Asana export · October 15, 2026. Compares January–June 2025 with April–September 2026. Monthly completed requests increased by 119%, excluding subtasks. Median turnaround fell from 24 to 15 calendar days from request creation to completion, a 37.5% reduction rounded to 38%. Team results; request mix and tracking may differ. Completion records do not establish live release dates or measure reply speed.
Give every request a visible next step.
I track decisions, blockers, and the person needed to move work forward, keeping the next action visible in the request record. That gives brand, product, data, and development teams a shared view of progress and where their input is needed.
Check the experience, not just the ticket.
Review the implementation against the requirements, including responsive layouts, links, product information, and shopping actions. Route issues back to the relevant partner and verify corrections before confirming completion.
Close the loop on what ships.
I coordinate weekly releases, validate the live changes, and communicate what is complete or still outstanding. Release confirmation stays visible in the request record, so the work ends with a verified update and a clear answer for the person who requested it.
